About the game

Felt-puppet rescuers drive a battered 6×6 van up a blizzard-swept mountain to save a grumpy tourist frozen near the summit. Crank the winch by hand, dig, fit chains, tape the van back together and keep each other warm. What could go wrong?

Key features

  • The road fights back. Snowdrifts, sheet ice and a narrow shelf cut into the cliffs. When the wheels give up, crank the bumper winch by hand — the more hands on the handle, the faster it pulls. Dig out with shovels, hunt for snow chains in roadside garages and tape back whatever falls off. Something always falls off.
  • The cold is the enemy. Wind and blizzards change as you climb, and felt soaks up the frost fast. A frostbitten teammate can’t save themselves: pour them tea from the thermos, drag them inside, or radio the base from a hut or the van.
  • The van is home. The Loaf is the warmest place for miles: a wood stove, a hob, a tea boiler and shelves for everything you find on the way. It rattles, it leaks, it’s held together by duct tape — and you’ll love it.
  • Talk with your face. Proximity voice chat moves your puppet’s mouth. The wind swallows whispers, so shout. Or wave. Or leave a friend behind as bear bait — we won’t judge.
